Verified reviewSadly I cannot recommend as the bathroom cabinet arrived damaged in two places. I was very disappointed as I very much liked the look of the cabinet but Tikamoon say they are unable to check items when they get them, they simply ship the items out to the likes of me. The customer service however was good and the refund came quickly. The delivery collection was on time and was professional. As Tikamoon were sadly not prepared to check the item prior to shipping, even when they were aware that there had been a problem first time round, this gave me no confidence to try again. What a real shame!

Verified reviewOrdering the product was fine, although it would have been useful when placing the order to have been given an indication of delivery date, rather than saying it will be delivered within 10 days. We were in the middle of a renovation with builders on site some days and this made it difficult to plan. We ordered a cabinet and varnish. The varnish got lost on the way. Tikamoon were happy to refund it, but this was frustrating. The varnish showed up the following week. I ended up sending the cabinet back - Tikamoon refunded without problems.

I contacted Tikamoon and they quickly arranged for the chairs to be collected. I am most impressed and would definitely use this company again.

On the arrival there was a small amount of damage so we contacted Tikamoon and the issue was dealt with promptly and effectively. Customer services were quick and easy to contact and very professional.

All the information was easy to find and the ordering process was clear and straightforward. Delivery time was shorter than expected during the post covid / Brexit time which was a bonus. The table arrived very well packaged and the instructions for assembly (attaching legs) were easy to follow. The table is very well made and solid. We are delighted with our purchase.
