Verified reviewI ordered two sheesham pieces with a delivery time of 6 weeks. They were held up at the border through no fault of tikamoon. Customer service kept me updated after I called them and the items arrived after about 8 weeks. The delivery company gave accurate timings and were very friendly. Unfortunately, one of the items had too little protective packaging and arrived with significant damage all over. I would have kept the item but the refund offered was £60 which was not enough compensation on a £300 item so I had to return this. The item was picked up swiftly and I was given a full refund straight away. All in all, the delivery was great, items absolutely stunning and customer service brilliant. Although I would have preferred better compensation, tikamoon handled the issue better than any company I've dealt with in the past. They're extremely trustworthy and the craftsmanship of the products is worth the price.

Verified reviewFurniture is high quality (after a long wait). The only downside was the packaging - the cardboard smelt strongly of rodent urine or similar (including a box inside the unit so it didn't happen in transit). All good after that was disposed of.

Verified reviewI have ordered two items from Tikamoon: a console table and a dining table. The website said both were assembled but they were flat packed. The dining table was incredibly heavy so not easy to build. The console table arrived with cracks in the wood which the customer services team said was normal due to temperature changes etc etc. But it’s not normal for a new piece of furniture to arrive cracked and then become more cracked. They gave me a partial refund. Both items look nice in situ, so long as you become invisible to the imperfections.
