Verified reviewUnfortunately the package turned up wet and dirty and the cupboard was badly damaged. I don't mind the packaging being grubby but it gave us problems later, as I will explain. We removed the packaging outside as it was grubby and wet. The cupboard was really badly damaged, it looks like where it has been held to stau upright because of it's weight. The damage is both sides of the cupboard same place. I don't understand how it can be sent out like this. We are so disappointed. I contacted them straight away and was told I have to repackage it. I said this wasn't possible for the reasons given. They advised I will need to get some alternative packaging. This is a massive cupboard, I have paid for it . I now have to wait weeks for a replacement.

It is unusual that the packaging was wet and dirty, and we will be asking our delivery partner how this can come about.
