Verified reviewMore info on items should be provided online. Customer service was quick to reply but actually does follow 1 line and doesn’t negotiate so didn’t find them helpful or client friendly. We were offered an unsatisfactory discount to compensate for damaged item but it was too much of a hassle to return wardrobe as we are on a second floor.
