No it was the delivery that was awful, left upside-down with all the packaging, my mother is an 80 year old woman and was quite upset ...also she was promised a £40 refund for late delivery, so that's why you have a bad review ..

As no response was received accepting this offer, the transaction was not processed. I can confirm the £40 will be transferred back to your original form of payment today. Had a couple of issues and wasn't sure if not was my end and also a small delivery issue with were put right with the excellent customer service team. You can't say how good a companies customer service is until you need their help and I couldn't fault Tikamoon. The delivery company they use have the best information and communication only issue is I think I was lucky my parcels arrived mainly undamaged as the van is a mess and the delivery guys climbed over over peoples parcels to get mine and drag it out resulting in a small box of mine being squished. Tikamoon have no replaced the small item.

Verified reviewTikamoon were great... the delivery how ever was a joke! They delivered to the correct address but I am building a house on the next property and asked that they take it around there for me as I have no room in the house next door, they refused as this was against the rules and said they would get in trouble (so really unhelpful to me) I then said that container its packed in was very damaged, a car came and they had to move their lorry so I never signed for my item (They did!!! Not ok) and I was in the middle of discussing the damage to the container and that I was not able to open it to check as it was pouring with rain and I could not fit it in the house, so didn't want to unpack. Really bad delivery service.

Verified reviewThe first one of these was delivered with a deep gauge in the front, left corner. This could not be repaired and so I arranged an alternative to be delivered. The second has an issue with the hinge for the right-hand door, so when closing it it needs to be shunted. I’ll try and repair this myself rather than mess about with another delivery. The unit itself is beautiful, but their quality control is clearly lacking!

Verified reviewI was happy to oder from Tikamoon as there was a full refund policy if the item wasn’t suitable. It is difficult to see from a picture exactly what the item will be like. I had wished there had been more pictures on the website of inside the sink. I would buy again as it was well packed and nice quality, it just wasn’t quite the right one for us unfortunately.
