Ordering was easy, delivery was a little longer than originally stated but we were kept informed and even given a small refund for the inconvenience. Customer service has been excellent. I would have no hesitation in buying from Tikamoon again.

We had a slight issue that the item had a few marks and not properly sanded down and finished properly, but the customer service team rectified this by offering a replacement, a voucher or a partial refund. As the item was now out of stock we decided for the refund. Great service and love the item. Pay a little more for quality and it lasts

Verified reviewProduct was defective. Wanted a replacement- tikamoon were unable to guarantee the quality of a replacement. Asked for a return and refund. Gave them a suggested date for collection. They did not respond in time and missed the date. Eventually accepted a price reduction. Customer service was appalling and certainly didn’t meet their satisfaction guarantee. I doubt that I’ll ever use this company again.

Verified reviewThe delivery was on time, we were contacted 30 mins beforehand by the driver. Everything was satisfactory, unfortunately we changed our minds only because on seeing the furniture we felt it didn’t quite fit but Tika handled the pick up and refund very swiftly so we would definitely order from them again

I devoted a huge amount of time looking around different suppliers and the Tikamoon TV stand seemed to fit in with all my very specific requirements. I gave it 3 coats of Teak oil and I am so pleased with the finished result. It is well built and very good quality.
