Verified reviewI received my cupboard and it had cracks everywhere. Running from the top to the bottom and it was built shockingly badly. I would of given one star but the an extra one as the customer service was really helpful and my refund was processed quickly.

I had previously ordered a piece of furniture at a different company and it never arrived after three delivery attempts, Tikamoon was super specific on delivery dates, they even delivered quicker than expected but letting me know in advance and contacting me throughout the day. I had an issue with a broken piece and they immediately provided multiple options in order to resolve the issue. Definitely buying from hem again, adore my new sideboard!
