Verified reviewThe website is fine and the products and furniture appear high quality (which drew me to purchase). The purchase and delivery experience was very bad. Firstly, about 10 days after the order I was informed there would be a delay in fulfilling. Then at the revised date for delivery (December) a further delay was advised (BTW order was placed 10 Aug 2021) and a date in February 2022 was indicated. Early in January I was then told the item (£900 worth) was in transit. A few days later I was advised that the couriers would not deliver to Northern Ireland (UK) and if I chose an address in mainland UK they would deliver to it and I could arrange (at my own cost) onward delivery to me. Or I could cancel the order and get a full refund. By this time I had lost all faith in Tikamoon. After asking why this had happened and being told it was a change in policy by their courier partner I cancelled the order. I see that Tikamoon is based in London for UK plus it has other international outlets. To have a customer cancel an order just because their courier partner changed policy is unbelievably bad business practice. Who is wagging the tail? the tail or the dog? In this instance it appears to be the tail - the courier! Overall a very unsatisfactory experience and a disappointing one at that.

Verified reviewThe unit I received was not to an acceptable standard. The door didn't line up, stains in the wood and unfinished areas. Tikamoon were very good to replace the unit with little hassle. The new unit was much better but still not perfect, the door is still slightly misaligned and panel colouring is slightly mismatched.

Does the natural wood also cause the doors to not be put on straight?

Verified reviewOne if it two barstools arrived badly damaged. The back was completely broken off and was loose in the box along with all the screws and washers. The wood was split where the screws had been. When I reported the damage they offered me a £30 voucher valid for 12 months or a £25 partial refund to keep them. Very unimpressed.

Verified reviewThis is still under debate with the customer service team but we put some low tack masking tape on the brand new black sink we just brought and on removing the tape ( which is for delicate jobs ) the paint came off the sink. The customer service response was just oh well it does say not to use abrasive material. I have advised I didn’t and am still awaiting a response. Not impressed with what I have seen so far considering they were recommended by a friend. Will write an updated review once I see what resolution looks like

Verified reviewThe quality of my console table is pretty average / poor for the price. I would liken it to Wayfair or worse. Legs are wonky, lots of little scrapes and chips in the paint, not ideal.

Verified reviewI ordered an Acacia tv stand which is absolutely beautiful. I love the style and the quality is great. I have ordered now a matching drink cabinet. I can’t wait for it to arrive. Delivery was quick. One small thing..i would not mind if the delivery people took the packaging away. I think that would be a big help for single people like me as these furniture are heavy and not easy to unpack alone. Other companies do this service.
