Verified reviewNo problems in navigating the sight and paying for the item of furniture I chose. Problems came with the delivery, or should I say deliveries. The first of which was meant for another household and it remained in my living room for a week before somebody could be bothered to come and collect it and take it to its rightful owner. My order apparently went to to Blackpool, ( I live in Sussex) and was retrieved and another attempt delivery was arranged, after many phone calls from me to Tikamoon and the delivery company. Nobody seemed that bothered to rectify their mistake. On the morning of delivery I received a text, apparently my order hadn’t been put on the van, and after further telephone calls from me, I was told that no one could find it in the warehouse and it would be another week before I could expect another attempt at delivery. I have got my money back and bought a similar item from John Lewis. If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely useless company, and no one seemed to care. T

Verified reviewThe first order was damaged and after sending photos I was offered £300 off my next order or £250 if I decided to keep the item. Given that the item was over £1200 I wanted an exchange. This took longer than expected and I had to follow this up as I had no communication from anyone apart from the small print which said the item was being shipped but they would not know when it would be delivered as it was coming from France. I was delighted when the item finally arrived despite it being delivered in the dark. The delivery men rang before they arrived and actually were an hour earlier than expected

Verified reviewLovely bench, beautiful look and draws lots of positive comments This isn't our first order with tikamoin, we knew the items would he quality, well packaged and delivered with good communication. Only issue was the bench has a screw hole each end which wasn't aligned. As it was perfectly useable we communicated with tikamoon and they were brilliant. Gave several options to find a mutually agreeable solution. This is how all online shopping should be.

Verified reviewThe product (for a bathroom) is beautiful and I am really pleased with it. I do wish the website had informed me that a plug did not come with it, and that the wood needed to be varnished. If they had suggested their varnish to me at the time I would have purchased it at the same time as the sink unit instead of waiting another 10 days. However, as I have said the product is lovely and when I contact the company with my query they were quick to respond.
