Soon after I placed the order I received a telephone call checking that my order was correct, which enabled me to ask a question I had without having to contact them myself. I was kept informed as to when I can expect to receive my table tennis table and it was delivered by two friendly delivery drivers. Very impressed.

Verified reviewOrdered the Cornilleau 600x outdoor table and assembly service, plus accessories. Contacted by phone for pre-delivery survey, Stated that the delivery was ground floor only and the courier would not carry the table up steps. Advised that the house was built into the side of old quarry and multi level and there were 10 steps from the garage to the garden level. was told that they would not carry the table up the steps due to them carrying tables all day long. Suggested that the box be opened in the garage and myself and my wife would carry pieces up steps for them. But this apparently would be unfair on my wife (a sexist remark) and cause the couriers too much trouble ? They could have been assembling the wheels etc whilst we carried the table up, so unsure how this was more work for them. Sent pictures on the access and have been informed that the couriers would not assemble and I could have it on delivery only basis (whereby me and the wife could open the box and carry up the steps to assemble ourselves). What a jobs worth service, even when you offer a solution to help they don't want to accommodate. Oh Well £830 order cancelled. These are the only UK suppliers with an assembly service so it doesn't matter who you order through they all use the same courier, which I was aware of, but when instructed to cancel the order this fact was pointed out to me. If you have steps don't order the assembly service or just order a different make of table to avoid disappointment. Thanks for the reply, The weight is total, and not when split into parts out of the box, the only solution you gave was delivery only. Dont offer assembly service if you dont want to do it then you dont have to come up with poor excuses. Delivery only means we would carry it up the steps so no difference. Shocking customer services.

Verified reviewVery good and consistent communication about delivery times and access requirements. Not happy with the lack of instructions or a demonstration of how to open, setup and close respectively. Need to take time out to explain these things to customers. Can't fault the product though. Keeps the family together and entertained. Love it!
