  I had a problem with a newly purchased security camera. It now transpires it is a problem with my Android phone and not the camrea at all. Ultrasecure sent a video to help me set the camera up but with the phone problem they offered a full refund. They cannot be faulted both in personal contact or service. Roy.

We have tried to update many of our instruction manuals and set up guides to make the process easier (if possible, we do try to program kits and systems up for customers prior to despatch if we know the set up requirements), using QR codes, pictures and videos as well as re-writing some manuals and frequently asked questions sections on our Technical help pages on our website.   The best part ever. I am doing security jobs, and I have been looking for suitable sensors all my life. I started using them six months ago, and I never had any issues with them. It detects people or cars in 99.99% of the cases ( no matter what weather you have, rain or sunny day). The batteries last around three months, and the detection range is outstanding. I am sure these are the best of the best.

  The range is shorter than claimed. The default sound needs to be dog barking but it is door bell. So if the electricity is briefly off when away, it will go back to door bell and defeat the purpose. The dog sound is okay

  Dear Sir Many thanks for your review and sorry to hear that the product does not seem to achieve the range as advertised. With these units, there is an option to change the sensitivity settings. Positioning of the unit can also be key to achieving range and hopefully we will be able to advise or give you some pointers if you are uncertain on best set up scenarios. Unfortunately the default alarm/warning chime is not the dog bark and we will pass your comments onto the manufacturer.   Excellent service - protect 800 system works very well Great range an the remote arming confirmation light makes a huge difference if you are used to outdoor alarms for farm buildings - never really knowing if the system armed as you drive away! Range seems to be about 300m for my location and false alarms have been eliminated Perfect system to secure remote property as long as you have power and a mobile signal

  The problem here is not with Ultrascape, but the service offered by DPD who tried and failed to follow good delivery instructions, and failed miserably, because if they are not delivering to someone's house, they haven't got a damn clue.

  We had never ordered from Ultra Secure Direct before so as with any new business we deal with we were a little unsure, but we had absolutely no reason to worry. The website was very easy to navigate around and the product information was excellent reassuring us that we were purchasing the correct product for our needs. All communications were very clear and our delivery arrived quickly and well packaged.   Excellent service and great product! I purchased a BT Caravan PIR & Internal Siren kit with a further PIR and remote to be installed on my boat. This arrived in a day! - and I was delighted to find that all units had been paired to work together. The kit came with all the necessary batteries and the caravan alarm stickers had been changed to those relating to a boat. It was extremely easy to set up the alarm, test it and find that the kit is very good value for money. On this experience I thoroughly recommend this company.

  I purchased the BT Wireless PIR Motion Sensor Alarm for the sole purpose of protecting my shed. Reading the reviews I wasn't sure if the alarm reset itself once triggered. I wouldn't want it staying on till the batteries ran down, nor would my neighbours. I rang Ultrasecure sales dept and they confirmed that the alarm does reset itself after 2 minutes and will go again and again if triggered. Delivery was quicker than stated when ordered and alarm quite simple to install and operate. The alarm is VERY LOUD. My obnly negative comment would be to include better quality fixing screws rather than cheap chinese. Other than that, so far i'm well impressed.
