  Good morning Paul, Many thanks for your review and we are sorry that this did not match your customers requirements. I can see from the order details that you had the DA600 door alert with flashing strobe system, and although the receiver does have adjustable volume, it may not be loud enough in a noisy environment but it would be possible to connect a buzzer or siren to the receiver (similar to the flashing strobe). Please do contact us by email should you require any further assistance with setting the system up in this way. Alternatively, please return the units to us and we will process a refund accordingly.   My first order was delivered on time and of good quality . Unfortunately I had to return it as it wasn’t quite right for my requirement . My fault , not the product . The return / refund was dealt with effectively and without fuss . That made me feel confident in using Ultrasecure again , which I did for an entirely different product . That too was delivered on time and of high quality . No hesitation to use them again if the need arises .

  Help before I bought the product was superb. The product itself is fantastic and does what I hoped it woild do. However the written instructions that came with it, could be improved. The writing was too small so very hard to read. Also there was a sheet wth another unrelated product that confused me. I had a little trouble setting up the alarm and understanding it so phoned for help. The pjone wasn't answered and after a day or two I got a personal email with detailed instructions.which I followed successfully. I was hopo g for a phone call but it didn't happen.

  We ordered a set of three night lights/torches which were delivered quickly. They are a great security feature and we are so glad we got them. Absolutely essential for power cuts at night and so useful. Thoroughly recommended.

  Garage alarm, with repeater. Reasonably okay for the price, But… PIR sensor only works for up to 2m, so had no option other than to install covering the doorway -shed is 5m x 5 m. Assembly sketches don’t reflect the actual appearance of the step main bits of kit. As a result it took me some time to figure out that the pieces had to be paired… locating the pairing buttons was a pain, but got there in the end. Would have expected better for the money.

  Looking for a specific proximity alarm I telephoned Ultrasecure. Given good advice and an item number to look for on their website. Ordered Monday and received Tuesday, the alarm works perfectly and was so easy to install - just what I was after. Ultrascure's adivce and assistance was second to none. Highly recomended. GVB

  We bought 3 simple gate alarms with receiver's . Very simple to install , 6 screws ( although only 4 screws in each pack) Fix to gate and post and plug in receiver. Order arrived quickly and we feel much more secure now they are all fitted. We highly recommend.

  Ordered two wireless sensors from them and arrived two days later. In run up to Xmas, I was impressed particularly since the forecast delivery time was much longer. I have used them several times and always been happy with service. They even rang me up once to check that I’d ordered the right thing given that it wasn’t compatible with something else I’d ordered from them previously.

  I was very pleased with the parking post. The product is well made and reasonably priced. The process of ordering was straightforward and delivery prompt. This is how service should be, but with many suppliers often isn't. I would recommend this product and your company without hesitation.. My installer was moreover very impressed and the job was "a good 'un!"
