    I’m a regular purchaser of Vilebrequin swimming shorts and t shirts. The design and quality of material is exceptional. There clothes are really are standout anywhere. I would say that you need to order on the larger side. My 2year old grandsons needed a 4 year old and they fit perfectly. My 4 year old requires a 6 year old size. The shorts last forever and are so amazing. Strongly recommend.

    The products are excellent and I am very much enjoying them. Unfortunately I received an incorrect item in error. Resolving it took a lot of effort on my part as my email with picture attachments was continuously blocked by your firewall and nobody was able to come up with a solution to resolve. In the end I came up with a solution and I received a refund promptly as requested at that point.

    I had to pay to return an item which was the wrong size. In total for shipping and handling I ended up paying 150 USD for a pair of shorts that cost 180 USD. You should clarify that returns are not managed by Vilebrequin. Also, there’s no way of tracking the return.. so it was sent back, and I spent 2 weeks with no news on whether I’d be receiving a refund. In general terrible experience. Definitely the last time I will buy online from your site. You should stick to selling through resellers.

    The products are good quality; the service is not good. I did not receive an email confirming my order, luckily I had taken a picture of it after I placed it. I requested gift wrapping, the products were not wrapped as gifts. In fact, the packing was poor.     Hi, thanks for clarifying. I checked my spam and the order notification is not there. I did receive an email on Dec. 10 informing that the “towel” (one item in my order) has been shipped from Bal Harbor store. That was the first time I was comforted that my order went through and I saw the order number. It did not mention anything about the “pouch”, that was the second item in my order, and the email came several days after placing the order. My expectation for online orders is to immediately receive a confirmation email with (1) an order number (as soon as the order is placed), (2) items ordered listed in the email, and (3) contact info in case I want to follow up on any thing. But what happened is that I had no info to even follow up on the status of my order. It would be good if you check your IT system for this type of email notifications. As far as I remeber, I did tick the gift wrapping option because this was a gift, and I saw online the gift boxes which appeared nice so I wanted to have those for the gift. I was offered the option to write messages but I chose not to do that since I decided to write a selected note on a card. I am not sure what happened afterwards. But perhaps another thing to check/test in your IT system.

    Disappointed forgot to ask for a gift box .. emailed straight away .. and then again to ask if they would send one out separately.. No. just a reminder to remember next time. I would have been willing to pay. Wont stop me shopping as my husband likes the brand.. Received items in a beautiful box which was ruined by brown sticky tape and shipping sticker. Yes we are all aware of too much paper waste but an out covering would have allowed further use.
