  The men’s swim shorts look nice on the outside but the net inner short only lasts about three months before it’s just a load of tat.. literally in tatters . TAKE NOTE Vilebrequin or cut your price by two thirds to make them with buying for use in just one short summer. Bought a lot of these expensive swim shirts for my son , I am dissuading him from looking at other Vikebrequin as I don’t think quality is a key feature with this company . I want my son to enjoy quality products he can have faith in not product that may let him down in public in a very embarrassing way .. is Vikbrequin listening ? Doubt it ..

  The return process is a waste of time and money as Vilebrequin only wants the Buyer to use FedEx, UPS, DHL or one of the leading Couriers and not the local Post Office, which is very costly. The size of an item (Rashguard) was too small and when I went to return it via FedEx, it would cost $250CDN to ship, which was double what the item cost!!! Unlike other hi-end luxury fashion designer Companies, Vilebrequin does not supply return labels and I now have an item that is too small and will not return due to the exorbitant fees charged by the Courier Companies. I would tell anyone to know their exact size otherwise you will have the same issues that I had.

The reason we are not adivising the local post is because failure to pay taxes will result in your parcel being returned to you; whereas, this won't happen with leading carriers.   Dreadful! My order was sent to a different address than the one I gave when I placed the order. It was then sent somewhere else (still not me) I sent multiple emails as it was a gift for my husbands birthday and we were leaving on 10th September for a holiday, and I got no response. Eventually, on 11th September I received an email cancelling the order and telling me it was on its way back to Vilebrequin. I’m disgusted with your lack of respect and regard for your customer. Shocking!!

As explained to you, UPS, the carrier in charge of your delivery did try to deliver you but informed us that "The company or receiver name is incorrect. ". Consequently, the returned the parcel to us. we did contact them to inform them you address is correct but it seems they could not cleary see your house number. We are really sorry for the inconvenience, we know how important it was for you to have the item on time. We contacted UPS to take it back to our warehouse and re deliver but once a parcel is returned to the sender, they won't do it. Our sincere apologies. Vilebrequin Family,

  The experience is 5*. The swimwear selection is top notch with quality fabric and finish. The bracelet I ordered however had to be sent back as felt very cheap especially when looking at the clasp mechanism.

  Been wearing my Mo’orea shorts in Mo’orea on holiday and the metal wear has discoloured and the black colour fading. Have only worn them swimming in the sea over a period of 2 weeks. Not great.

  Order never deliverd, I was sent a tracking number but for the wrong order. When I complained it took 7 days to get a response which was to cancel my order, give me a refund and invite me to start the whole process again
