  Satisfied. The glasses are just like described, I have a bigger face shape and they fit me very good, if you're into the rayban 2010s' classics this is the closest you can get. Cheers from Croatia! (Also the quality is like any other plastic pair of glasses you can buy at a glasses shop, so no worries about getting scammed or anything). They came after 5 days, well packaged.

  You should offer few options for delivery goods, not only by DHL. I bought sunglass for 85 euros and paid DHL service for customs fees 61 CHF (some kind of metal control by swiss customs authorties what is unbeliavable). As DHL takes commission for paying regular customs taxes in behalf of buyer they have an interest to force any charge at customs.

  The worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Visiofactory sent me scratched glasses - the glasses were not checked on dispatch. They told I have to pay for them to be returned. Why should I pay for their negligence. So upset as these were a birthday present for my son from his grandma and I can't afford to return them so he now has damaged glasses for his present. Will never deal with visofactory again.

  As I've emailed 6 times. I do not have the funds to return. I did not anticipate returning this item as we have an exact pair already so I knew would be happy. I request 4 times via email to you customer service to either send credit to allow me to cover the postage... OR for you to arrange courier to collect item... OR provide a prepaid postage label so I can return the faulty item OR offer a decent refund and I'll keep the item. All options I provided were ignored by Visiofactory and I was still told I needed to pay for return upfront... :(

  I was looking for a new RayBan sunglasses; was looking for a good price, exact choice (as I am quite tall, I need big frame glasses) and genuine product.
