  Where people work, mistakes can happen. It did happen with my order of a pair of varifocal dlasses. This is when you learn if you’re dealing with serious people. The mistake was taken care of swiftly and with no discussions. I highly recommend VISIOFACTORY as a competent, serious and honest online shop. I am a happy customer and will go back to VISIOFACTORY if and when I need a new pair of glasses.

  I ordered some sun glasses, delivery was quick but one side of the frames was crooked. Customer service was good, I could send them back and added some prescription sun glasses and it was sent back very quickly. Over all I am very happy with my purchase and Visiofactory. I will return.
