Verified reviewTerrible customer service. Apalling automated response which kept repeating useless nonsensical answer when I enquired about a suitable luggage carrier for a child's bike seat that I had just bought from Bikeinn. No way to get in touch with anyone via email.

Verified reviewDisappointing. When ordering a product that says 'in stock' I don't expect that it takes days before it even gets shipped. It took a week for my simple order arrived. Not good and not the first time this happens at bike-inn either.
