Verified reviewOrdered a bottom bracket for my bike only to find that it was the wrong one (completely my fault). Order was delivered within a week, so I decided to try and return it and get my £24 back. Going into the website, the returns label is £10.99 to print. Therefore, I shall donate the bottom bracket to my local bike shop! My lesson - make sure you order the right component!!

Verified reviewDo not use this company. They sent me a watch with a box with no security seal in place and someone else's handwriting over the instruction manual. When I asked for a refund they have been totally obstructive and are now telling me my claim is with the warranty not them. This is incorrect as they are liable. Now having to pursue through Citizens Advice.
