We offer a wide variety of products, many of which are in stock at our logistics centre for immediate dispatch and others are listed with a longer delivery date, meaning they come from other warehouses. When you select one of these products you are given an estimated delivery date based on the transit time of the product to our logistics centre (from where all orders are sent) and the shipping time according to the transport company you have chosen. We do our best to constantly improve our service, but occasionally, due to stock shortages, duplicate orders and working in real time with stock, some products are shown in stock but may be temporarily out of stock or delivery may be delayed. In this case and unfortunately, we can only pass on to our customers the delivery times indicated by our suppliers. Remember that you can modify or add items to your order from your account or cancel the order at any time if you prefer not to wait any longer for a product. On the contrary, you will receive an email as soon as the order is shipped with the carrier's tracking number and the invoice.
