Verified reviewI've used BikeInn on a number of occasions but this time there was a problem that I don't feel has been satisfactorily resolved. I was sent the wrong item (ie something different to what I had ordered). I raised this with BikeInn. After several days they confirmed that the item could be returned at their cost (no problem). However, I still needed the correct item to be supplied. They told me that I'd have to re-ordet (again, not a problem). However, this process means I'd pay postage twice (once for the order I placed, and a second time to get the item I actually wanted). I asked if BikeInn would be prepared to waive the delivery cost since this error was of its making but it refused to do so. In essence, I have had to pay more because of BikeInn's error I will think twice about using BikeInn again.

Verified reviewThe product was needed quickly, ordered in the 5th, said delivery on the 10th, ended up being the 14th so 9 days for delivery. Good price but needed it quickly.

Verified reviewHadn’t used bike Inn before so was slightly dubious but had to use them as they were the only suppliers of the part I needed. I checked them out on other review sites and they seem to based across Europe which, following the Brexit catastrophe, made me a bit concerned. The order had a tracking facility which gave a bit of reassurance. The package arrived intact but was a day late. I would use BikeInn again.
