Verified reviewLonger delivery time (about one week). The declared dimension of the package was smaller than dimensions of ordered goods (bike helmet). But everything went well in the end, I didn't received flattened helmet :-D

Verified reviewI was tempted by the good prices to buy a pair of Specialised bike tyres which arrived in about 10 days after my order. Upon fitting the tyres one was found to be faulty with a side wall bulge. After some backwards and forwards I was refunded the cost of one tyre. I asked to return the other tyre having lost faith in the brand. Eventually this was agreed, however the return postage cost was nearly as much as the purchase price. I am now £50 out of pocket. Moral of the story, buy your spares at your local bike shop.

Thank you for taking the time to reply in a friendly and polite manner. My issue was that it was a birthday present for my son that was visiting on the day of the expected delivery. Due to it not arriving on date promised he did not receive his gift and returned back to his home address 400 miles away.
