Verified reviewSo it says it’s a UK website but it’s not based in the UK. Delivery wasn’t bad but I returned my item and it took weeks to get a refund despite my item being returned quickly. I contacted them to be told they were only working on returns delivered 3 days ahead of mine. Eventually got a refund, but this is not a UK based website despite looking so.

Verified reviewWhilst this item is well made the wicker domed top didn't fit correctly, instead of the lid fitting flush to the top of the basket there was a gap of about 12mm between the lid & the basket at the leading edge so the lid didn't close flush to the basket. Upon receipt of the basket I had to re set the locking mechanism on the front of the basket to enable full closure of the top to the basket, Attention to detail, check the product to ensure you are sending out a quality item not an inferior one as in this case. I know the basket was not a lot of money but quality is just as important for cheaper items as it is for the more expensive ones. I suggest you pay more attention to the quality of your items before forwarding to your customers.

Verified reviewJersey (Castellli) was a good fit (went up 1 size). Delivery tracking was a little slow to record and jersey arrived 1 day after predicted window. If it wasn’t for this I would have awarded 5 stars.
