Verified reviewShipment took 2 days longer than promissed. I payd almost €10 for a quickbshipment but it failed delivery in time, so incould not use the purchased item before my vacation.

Verified reviewThe shifter was jamming inside the ratchet I have managed to free it with a lubricant this should not happen with a new product. But because of your returns policy only i will no longer be requiring your services in the future.

I still think your returns policy favours you and not the customer, I haven,t got a printer at home so it would make it difficult to return items. Making returns difficult for a customer .will loose you customers.

Verified reviewI ordered a GoPro to moon, light adapter and 2X fidlock bottles, 800 mil. The order came boxed perfectly well and quicker than Bike Inn said it would. So bonus, they’re fidlock bottles. or in a lovely black polished colour, I have the bracket attached to the bottles already and the base attachments come with it too. Although the bottles do seem a little flimsy, however, when it’s full with water and you’re taking a sip and putting it back, using the very convenient magnet– does it really matter? The two fidlock bottles certainly do make a difference on the bike, especially when you don’t need them if you’re going out on a quick ride all that shows on the frame is the little bracket System. I would recommend the product
