Verified reviewSent me the wrong product. Cost too much to return it to Spain so I've written it off as waste. I ordered the same product last year from you and received the correct Brooks B17 standard saddle frame but this order wasn't the Brooks B 17 standard but the narrower sport version which is useless to me as I'm a serious cyclist who covers thousand's of miles a year on a Brooks B17 standard saddle. I'm not satisfied as it's not worth posting it back. EBay has free a return policy and ticket.

Thank you for your reply. It was not the delay/time that was a problem, it was the shipping company that didn't give any heads up on when they would deliver, then simply sent a message that nobody was home and that it should be picked up at the nearest of their offices, but it was impossible to find the address of this office... So had to guess and go ask at one of the nearest pick-up places for packages where I live.

Verified reviewBikeinn site was easy to navigate and find what I want. The messages and updates in regard to order status were regular and great. Item was delivered bang on time. Only negative the tyre box was open and battered with no secirity seal on it. It looked like a returned item. But this is probably due to ot being delivered in a bag and being bashed in transit. Overall a great service and I'll use it again.
