Verified reviewI have just measured and compared the new stem I ordered, and it isnt any different to the existing, so I measured it as per standard centre to centre, and you have sent me a 100mm stem, not 90mm as ordered !! This what is already on the bike from the factory (see attachment). I suspect someone your end has measured the stem from centre-to-edge and not centre-to-centre. Lets see how your customer services team handle & resolve things this week (at no expense to myself!)

Admittedly there is still an issue remaining following the delivery of an incorrect item and pending refund but overall the company have provided an exceelent service and if I need further items you will be my fist port of call.
