Verified reviewReally deceptive postage times - The site quotes Royal Mail 48 hour service, but that is only once stock gets to the UK. In stock can mean 'In Stock in Some Other Country with another supplier" - it did for me. Got mine OK in the end and tracking was accurate but took nearly a week longer than expected.

Verified reviewTerrible customer service. I ordered 8 items and only 4 were delivered. I have sent several emails and, so far, nobody has even attempted to take ownership of the problem. They keep asking me to complete a return form (I don't want to return anything) and say that only 1 particular department can deal with this problem. I bought from this website because they were very slightly cheaper than the alternative. If you value customer service and want problems to be sorted out quickly, spend a few extra pennies and shop elsewhere.

Verified reviewThis order was dispatched fairly quickly and arrived the same day as an earlier order I had placed. Delivery times can vary widely and the communication is not always great, when I have asked about delivery times you often get referred back to the website which might have a broken link or no information which is why you have asked the question in the first place. I ordered a bike on the 12th June I still haven't received it and have no update as to when it will arrive its 12 days on now.

Verified reviewBest prices on the market! Packaging could be better, because all the items in the package are moving freely. - In my case it was alright, because I ordered spare parts. Shipping was way faster than handing package to shipping service. Negative thing is description of every seal kit. There are no production numbers which you find in for example RockShox catalog. Otherwise my experience with TradeINN was positive. I will definitely order something next time!
