    The prices can be good but the delivery times are not real. Everything is shipped from Spain and it can take several days before the item arrives in UK and then gets delivered locally. Add at least 3 days to any estimate.

    Lots of choice and good prices and I have made a number of purchases through them. It's disappointing that everything is sent from Spain which can't be good environmentally (all these items travellling such long distances). The tracking is a bit hit and miss, no doubt as a result of crossing borders. I will use again.

    I’ve send several mails/messages with a question about extra shippingcosts, you guys never answered them properly, because you do not read my message carefully. And it stil is not answered yet. I guess Rachel GG doesn’t understand English because her reactions do not relate to my question. It frustrated me several times and costs a lot of energy. But it’s only about €4,50. To less to care about, but if this is the way Tradeinn does their business they make an awful lot of unfair money. I hope you guys will take care of this, because this is not the way to treat customers! I guess I will never hear about this again, so good luck with everything.

    This is exactly what I expected in your reaction. You guys really do not read my message carefully! It is nog that I’m unsatisfied with the service, I want to know why I had to pay two times shippingcosts. It was really unnecessary to charge me this, because all the stuff I ordered came with the same delivery, even within the same box. And still you charge me 5,90 4,50 of shipment costs, really a shame. And time after time you don’t read my answers or messages to you properly. Because if you guy would, you would have given me the 4,50 back or at least explain me why I have to pay double the costs for a same delivery.

    Delivery was slow (in fairness I was not aware the parts were coming from Europe) and when the Rockshok service kit arrived it did not include foam washers which are absolutely necessary to service the upper fork. I ended up buying a service kit on Ebay that included everything.

    I was placing an order with Bikeinn and their system told me the payment had failed and I saw no confirmation screen. So I placed the order again. I then received two identical orders as the first one had in fact been taken. This is Bikeinn's system error. I have now exchanged several emails with them, the first 4 being very disappointing in that I kept getting different stock answers that did not reflect the issue I was having. I want to return one of the orders with no shipping cost to me because it was their system issue but they are saying that is not possible. Unacceptable customer service in first not trying to understand the issue then telling me I have to pay for the return. I have also posted this same review about the first order I received

    Hello, please solve my problem with the return of order 39571337. On 20/06/2023 I received a package with a Bryton Gardia R300L radar. I tried the radar and it doesn't suit me. When checking the reason for return item, I mistakenly entered "complaint" instead of return. You advised me to contact product service. But I don't want that. In my account on my order item for 39571337 it says "your return request is now closed" Is there still an option to send a DPD return ticket that I will pay for? I have contacted DPD and they require a printed return slip to be affixed to the package. Direct shipping to your address without a return ticket requires an amount of €52 !!, which is unacceptable to me. Thank you for the positive handling of how I should proceed. Flídr Czech Republic

    Packed and shipped very quick. Packing could be done better. The product was wrapped in Hubble foil but during transport slipped out and was only in the plastic bag which it was sent in.
