Delivery was almost a week but my item was posted into to UK from Europe so had customs checks etc, which is visible when tracking the order. Item arrived well packed, undamaged and as described. Verified reviewDelivery.. word of advice. If ordering for delivery in England, allow weeks more than bikeinns ‘estimated delivery’. That has been wrong for me by several weeks, so avoid disappointment and order things well in advance of you wanting them. As I have accepted the delivery issue bikeinn have truly competitive prices and I always got exactly what I wanted. So for me, no issues.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. The justification for my scoring is that the order was processed on Thursday 6th, but then it was not dispatched until Sunday 9th. To my guess, this 3 day delay would appear to be an internal factor. Maybe I am wrong? Thanks Ian
