Verified reviewI have placed several orders with Glisshop over the past years, and until now everything was handled well. However, my last two orders this year turned into a complete disaster. One of the orders was placed on 08 February 2026, and today is 09 March — yet I still have not received it. I am not sure whether the issue comes from Glisshop or the logistics provider, but a normal one‑week delivery has now turned into more than a month. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of follow‑up on the delivery, as well as the absence of proper action or communication from the Glisshop team.

While the one parcel was delivered correctly, the other parcel containing the snowboard was held back by the carrier for an unknown reason and was eventually returned to us on 27 February for which we sincerely apologise. Indeed, for certain countries, including Ireland, we are unfortunately unable to provide prepaid return labels. However, we did refund the return shipping costs you incurred on 12/03/2026 and the helmet was refunded in full on 03/04/2026. You also mention that you did not receive replies to your emails. However, we responded to all your messages within two to three days, which corresponds to our average response time during the winter season.
