Verified reviewItem had not arrived after two weeks, no tracking information available. I had to email them to find out that the parcel had been lost or stolen and item was no longer in stock. However it is still showing as available on their website 🤷♀️ Also had to fill a form out to get a refund! That should be automatic. They give you all these warnings about opening the parcel in front of the delivery person, which is not always possible. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.

Verified reviewGreat site, easily navigated and much better delivery timeframes than some of their competitors. Shipping was prompt and the tracking updated once it was received in the UK. The two star review was down to one items (goggles) being received with a scratch in the middle of the lens, that happens, it’s not obvious when on and it’s not really feasible to return/exchange but it’s disappointing I didn’t receive a response to my email to customer service.
