Glisshop built and despatched them very quickly (next day). Once they arrived in the UK (around 3 days later) parcelforce handled them. Arrived a day later, built exactly and packed very securely. If you are UK based don't hesitate ordering from Glisshop. Excellent all round ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Verified reviewGood pricing, but frustrating that on a .co.uk website, boots are advertised in American Sizes. It is also very unfair, that there is no way to cancel an order other than by email. Emails are not monitored on a Sunday and the dispatch tema send things out on Monday morning before checking whether and order has been cancelled. This baiscally would have cost me two sets of delivery charges, had Royal Mail not lost the parcel anyway!
