Verified reviewI ordered a ski jacket for holiday over 2 weeks ago. I chose to go through glisshop as they advertised 3-5 day delivery to UK addresses, which you also have to pay on top for (which I did). Over 2 weeks later the courier still hasn't even received my parcel. After ringing glisshop the customer service team told me that it takes 10 days to deliver normally (over double the advertised time). Still it's been over two weeks and nothing. I was simply told it was unlucky and that I should order through another company if I want it to be delivered before I go on holiday (3 Weeks today delivery)

Shipments to the UK generally take between 5 to 7 days from the moment of dispatch and this is clearly indicated when you select the delivery option during the order process. Your order was dispatched on 22 December and seems to have unfortunately been delayed in customs undoubtedly due to the Christmas period. Your parcel was delivered on 7 January. Hello and thank you for your feedback. Shipments to the UK generally take between 5 to 7 days from the moment of dispatch. Your order was dispatched on 22 December and seems to have unfortunately been delayed in customs undoubtedly due to the Christmas period. Your parcel was delivered on 7 January. We apologise if you did not get an immediate answer to your emails. December and January are peak season for the customer service team and response times can therefore be slightly longer than usual.
