Once we became aware of this incident, we took immediate steps to try and locate the parcels. Verified reviewThe item was lost in the post, then a replacement could not be provided, and then the process to get a refund was long, with me having to print and sign a form and then return it. I don't want to have work to do in order to get a refund for an item that wasn't delivered to me.
