Verified reviewA terrible company to deal with. I ordered the Dometic Go Faucet and water jug. Only the water jug arrived. The faucet didn't get delivered at all. I had to fill out paperwork to prove say I had not received it. They sent a replacement which went missing on the 14th August because it had been sent to the wrong warehouse. It's 14th September at the time writing this and Ive still received nothing! What a joke! This company only ships to the UK once a week and then you have to wait and then you have to wait another week after its arrived in their warehouse in the UK. Their logistics is a mess. Customer relations is a joke. I was offered a free unit, but I would have be given a voucher to order a second one. If you're genuinely and sincerely apologetic send me two and send them quick! I've now asked for them to return my money because the likelihood of receiving one (let alone two) seems extremely slim.

As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a voucher for a free faucet. As we explained to you by email, all shipments must be declared to customs which therefore requires an order with the correct number of items. It was consequently not possible for us to simply add an extra item to your delivery. With regard to the despatch of orders to the UK, August is traditionally a slow period in France, as many companies close for several weeks. This means that our carrier can only collect shipments to the UK once a week during that month instead of the usual twice-weekly schedule. As you will have seen, we refunded your entire order including the price of the Dometic water jug which you did receive. Verified reviewSkis arrived in the allocated time frame, product was as pictured but the skis themselves weren’t ski ready. They were supposed to be ready to use but on the slope it was obvious they had no edge and had no control in turns. Had to get them edged, brought this up but galisshop said Dynastar said they were ready and did nothing about it. We also bought a pair of 2026 pro skis from Dynastar and they are fab and were great on the slope from the start. As a training ski instructor I think I might know what I’m talking about but glisshop said not their problem basically.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. The edges and bases are prepared at the factory, but sometimes this preparation may not be optimal for specific snow conditions. We therefore recommend standard ski maintenance if the skis do not meet your expectations during their first run.
