Verified reviewI placed an order for a pair of sunglasses. Normally online retailers would ship your purchase in about 2-4 working days. After waiting more than 2 weeks for my sunglasses I called the merchant (who didn’t apologise) but gave me some story that they had been shipped but the shipment had been sent to the wrong place. They asked me to be patient and they would find them. One week later they said they had found them and they would be with me within the week. The next week passed, no sunglasses so gave up and asked for a full refund. I then had to fill out forms, scan them in and email them back to get my refund. Wasted 4.5 weeks and no sunglasses nor apology. Not a great online experience to say the least!
