Verified reviewI ordered ski helmet, and two ski goggles for my ski trip. I didn't have much time left until the trip so I was a bit worried that the order might not arrive in time(I'm in the UK so wasn't sure how long the customs would take) but it did! I made a call to the customer center and they told me it should be no problem and indeed. Right on time! I highly recommend Glisship!

Verified reviewThe lady I was having dialogue with via email wasn't very helpful, I considered cancelling my order due to the tone of the emails. I decided to call them instead of emailing, when I rang them it took me a few days of constantly trying to get through before I eventually did. I got through to an English speaking lady who was extremely helpful and provided good customer service, she couldn't answer the technical questions I had, however, she arranged for her colleague from the technical department to call me and he answered my questions perfectly. My skis arrived on time with a couple of days to spare before I went on holiday.
