Verified reviewTerrible; the courier left my trainers on an unknown door step on Christmas Eve and they were never found. It took me two months to finally get my money back - up to then I was asking for a replacement or money back and chasing them for a response a couple of times a week. I was able to show that the item had been left on an unknown door step with the couriers photograph plus it specifically stated that they had to be signed for. It wasn't until six weeks into chasing this with Glisshop that they sent me a form to fill in from the courier (Everi) for them to look into it. It took Everi two days to come back to me to say that it had been delivered to the wrong address and a further two weeks for Glisshop to reimburse me. Customer service/care is the worst I have come across and would never use them again. The loss of the trainers was no fault of theirs and it could have been resolved very quickly and professionally; I would then happily purchase further items from them, instead they have lost a customer.

Please know that we have since changed our UK delivery partners and now use Parcelforce and Royal Mail to ensure a more reliable and efficient service. In cases involving disputed deliveries, we are required to follow a formal process, which includes an investigation conducted by the carrier. You reported the missing parcel on 24 January, and we received confirmation from EVRi just over two weeks later. A full refund was issued to you on 14 February. Verified reviewGlisshop part 5 star. Evri delivery 1 star. Despite my very well priced order being dispatched soon after I ordered, Evri sat with the parcel for 4 weeks, failing to respond or deliver. Only though Glisshops help and constant chasing did I manage to receive my order 1 day before I went away! Unfortunately, now I know they use Evri, I won't be ordering again. Too many lost or missing parcels and non existent customer service, Evri have ruined another brand..I don't know why companies insist on using this courier, a slight reduction in price surely doesn't compensate for all.the lost customers.

Customer service gave bad advice on the phone on how long it would take and in the end it turned up after I had already left for my ski trip. Customer service didn't do a lot to help after the fact, after promising a 'gesture of apology' I never received anything

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. You placed an order with us on 20 December but did not indicate the length of your ski boots in the mounting form. We contacted you by email the same day and you responded on 26 December with the measurements, only to the ask us to block the order as you were not sure you wanted to go ahead. You finally confirmed that you wanted the order on 3 January and your skis were dispatched with the next shipment to the UK, which was on 7 January. The fact that the skis arrived too late for your trip was therefore largely due to your delay in responding. The skis were delivered on 14 January by EVRi.
