Unfortunately the mass of orders received on Black Friday and in the run-up to Christmas considerably lengthened shipping times. Your order was dispatched on 10 December in two parcels. One arrived on 14 December while the second was delayed by the carrier and delivered on 17 December, undoubtedly due to the overwhelming quantity of parcels being handled at that time. I ordered this bag for a Christmas present. It arrived nicely packaged, in good time for Christmas and I am very pleased with the speed and efficiency in which this order was processed, considering it came from France to England (about 10 day turnaround), it’s very good indeed.
