Hello and thank you for giving your feedback. Your order was shipped in two parcels and unfortunately one was lost by the carrier. We launched an investigation but sadly the carrier EVRi was not able to locate your parcel. You of course received a full refund. For your information, we are in the process of switching carrier and hope to soon be sending our parcels through Parcelforce instead of EVRi for a more reliable service. It is clearly stated on the website that we cannot take back skis that have been personalised in this manner. We were therefore unable to accept the return request you made.
