Their customer service for UK is always excellent and they are one of the few companies left you can actually phone and speak to a real person straight away, and the calls are always answered, again I find this really assuring. Keen prices, excellent delivery from abroad, and you can phone them up and speak to a person fast if you have any concerns. Haven't tried the skis yet, as I'll be off to the slopes in December.

Verified reviewI was hugely disappointed with gliss. I ordered a fleece and the delivery service provided and.contracted by gliss failed. However it required me as the customer to recognise the problems and inform gliss. There were two attempts and all that took several months.in the end gliss gave up as they couldn’t manage their courier service and refunded me. But this did not compensate me for the time, ultimately wasted, I took trying to assist gliss in providing me with my chosen fleece.
