I rushed into ordering my ski boots following a fitting only to realise I had ordered tour boots which wouldn’t fit my skis. I contacted customer service to cancel the order the following day but was told it had already been shipped and to decline the delivery when it arrived in the UK which would’ve been a pain… I can’t remember the gents name who contacted my shortly later to advise he’d managed to cancel the shipment before it left France, saving me a bit of faff. Really chuffed with the customer service and will be shopping for my ski gear with gliss moving forwards. Thanks again.

Really good company, delivery to the UK NO STRESS OR EXTRA FEES. Much better than others selling snowboarding gear, all came safely not damaged and swiftly. Yet to board with it yet as go end of Jan - can’t wait!!!
