Ordered skis and binding package, which was despatched. We tracked the package, the courier never attempted delivery and updated that it had been sent back to Glisshop. Despite on line chat, email and 2 phone calls Glisshop refused to refund me, stating they wouldn't refund until they had received the skis?? My only option was to raise a dispute with my credit card company to get the money back. Absolutely appalling customer service when they knew I hadn't received the skis. They offered no apology, explanation and showed no proactive approach to resolving the issue with the courier. I would not recommend the company, I have now ordered the same ski package through a well known competitor and they were delivered within 5 working days.

Not used Glisshop before but the had just the ski boots that I was after at a good price. Even though I live in the UK, delivery was quick and the boots fitted perfectly. Very pleased - Merci Beaucoup!
