Verified reviewEven remotely online, the amount of support through the website, subsequently direct, at least matches some of the better known physical stores. My new boot is 1cm bigger than the older. I had watched some videos on YouTube as to how to change the binding to fit - asked Glisshop the same question. In words, the same thing I had seen. Got skis out, flipped lever at the back, pulled the binding back more than expected, inserted boot into the toe, moved binding up so the step in was perfectly aligned, flipped the lever back, pushed boots in. Stable. I wrote a note to them saying due to your advice, and YouTube, the boots fit perfectly. Thank you for the ongoing support. Favourite older skiis with new can-ski-it-all boots (vs older racing boots). Looking forward to going out with comfortable feet, doing some nice turns, letting my son do his own thing (as straight as he can down the hill, any jumps to the side, any smaller jumps in park... with some vague idea how to ski).

Verified reviewIt was a good price but the customer service was not existent. the phone number did not work, so I emailed twice. One for product advice second for update about my order. One email was responded to but very late. It delayed my order not being able to get advice and then the order didn't come when expected and there was no one to help. Meant I had to spend all the money I'd saved renting skis. :(
