Verified reviewI did not realise initially that Glisshop was based in France, but that was not a problem. The order was delayed at the couriers in the UK but a phone call to Glisshop resolved that very quickly. when the goods turned up the helmet was too small - we needed to order a large size and there was a fault with the goggles. a quick phone call to Glisshop again directed me to their website. I was sent the shipping documents, returned the order and was quickly refunded. I reordered the items which turned up a few days later - perfect. Glisshop were very efficient and helpful during the process - so full marks. it is when things go wrong slightly that we are measured and in this Glisshop came out with flying colours.

Verified reviewI was really dubious, as when I was looking for my Garmin online, Glisshop came up. Never having used them before I was naturally curious. However, they had the item in the colour I wanted, for less than I could find in UK based shops. Delivery was fast, tracked, and straightforward as the price I paid was to my door. No customs to have to worry about. I'd happily shop here again.
