It’s not cosy. Holder sections are squeezing the throat, while under the chin it’s also squeezing the chin and feeling like choking. Almost unable to turn my head while holders are closed.

Glisshop despatched my shoes very quickly but now two weeks after they despatched them they are not delivered. They are stuck with the courier.

After a week of waiting I contacted them, they said the items are being returned to them (apparently customs rejected them). But...they would only refund me, when/if they receive the items back. 2 weeks later, still no sign of refund. I had to open a case with PayPal and they will sort this out. Appalling service, avoid this company!

I ordered sunglasses for MTB use after using filters on the website, but ended up ordering the wrong item (non photochromic) after selecting a sub model from the filters. Vivian from the Glisshop team has been very helpful, arranging the return and advising on a replacement to suit my requirements. Great team, despite the error which was partially my fault I will buy from them again
