I use both pads and pants. I like that pants are recommended for the specific pads you order. They are very comfortable and have always kept me dry.,The night pads i use super. Day time iD form extra pads with recommended pants. Highly recommend iD form products

The products are excellent. However the website was not. At the final stage when I was making payment by card, the final instructions asked for 4 digits for the expiry year when only 2 were acceptable. Result: I had to order by telephone. Then behind the scenes you validated my original order on the website so I ended up receiving (and paying for) two separate orders.

The site was easy to use but the phone was an impossibly long wait. Delivery was prompt but there weren’t good options for delivering to an elderly, immobile person. I needed a message sooner to tell me it was being delivered so I could warn him and he didn’t try to get to the door and risk falling
