Verified reviewReceived my wheelchair on 1st August. I ordered a spare battery the same day Noticed straight away that the footrest was bent. After back and forward with emails and sending photos of the damaged footrest..They decided to replace the footrest. Having not received both items for awhile. I actually managed to speak to someone on the phone (Neil) who was very helpful. Having still not received my items. I again manage to make phone contact but this time to a very unhelpful female who put the phone down on me. Due to the faulty footrest I have not really used the wheelchair. In the meantime I've been receiving demands from FedEx for excise duty which i am exempt from being registered disabled. but will take time to resolve with FedEx who informed that querimed can sort this at point of order but don't. I finally received the footrest and battery towards the end of Sept. Nearly two months later. I appreciate sometimes circumstances go against you and these things happen. But now I'm using the wheelchair more often. Im finding that the battery is losing its charge very quickly. I fully charged the battery but did not use the chair for 3 weeks due to health issues and found the battery had lost nearly 2 bars. I haven't got the energy to do anything about this battery as I can't face weeks of emails going back and forward so have just given up. Hope you have more luck

We resent the footbar and battery out however, the battery was held in transit due to inspections as it was a lithium battery. Verified reviewThe courier they use is terrible (TNT). TNT's own employees admitted they wouldn't use TNT if there was another option. Item got held up at customs and when I got in touch with quirumed they had zero interest in helping but then I guess they already had the money. They won't be getting any more from me however. All they did was repeat back what I'd already told them and told me to ring the TNT phone number which I'd already explained was disconnected. I did eventually get my item after about 6 weeks and many phone calls to TNT where I was given conflicting advice. Overall a terrible experience.

Verified reviewVERY BAD. I passed 2 orders and I have issues with both orders. The customer service is almost inexistent. After 10 emails sent, photos and videos of the issues sent to them too: I still haven't got a decent answer from them for a resolution. SUPER DISAPPOINTED :-(

Raphaelle We have sent emails. The technician has said Neil, the piston is as good as it is, it needs to be like this as it is pressurised and so which when somebody is sat on it applies pressure and it then locks into place. We can send new armrests if this will resvole the problem?

Incorrect. I have tried and sat on it with a friend and it does not go in further, so it’s impossible to secure the screw or to have the chair safe to use. It DOES NOT LOCK INTO PLACE. And the armrests are missing, as explained many times now, but also the headrest doesn’t fit in the chair. I have sent you multiple emails and photos and videos and you are really unhelpful. Be sure that I won’t leave you good reviews online for wasting my time so much. With the other chair and the paper roll holder, you sent me the wrong one. I did send you a video already, but there it goes again. What a poor customer service you give….. I wish to return it as you are being really unhelpful with my issues at this point.

Hello Colin We have a problem with the stickers that were put on the box. FedEx say that unfortunately they need to be changed.We have asked for them to return the item to us and we'll process the refund shortly.

The product arrived in excellent condition, the courier was excellent (TNT) with accurate and updated shipping information throughout. Now to the table, AMAZING - for portable/home table it's great I'm a new graduate and needed something to practice on while still on a student budget and this is great. Only criticism is the up holstery could be slightly softer along with additional head piece adjustments to optism comfort for patients.

Verified reviewCompany must be more honest with delivery times and process to get products coming from Spain. You need to change your website to 2 - 3 weeks and tell them about having to furnish passport details to the supplier in Spain, since when does one have to do this. Not being transparent with customers and it will hurt your business. I am already one lost customer.
