    I’m really impressed with both the machine and the overall service. The device arrived in a very sturdy box and was packaged really well. Everything was protected properly and the machine arrived in perfect condition with no damage at all. Delivery was also quicker than I expected for a professional machine like this. As for the machine itself, it feels much more powerful than other home devices I’ve used before. I’ve done around four cavitation treatments on my legs and about five radio frequency sessions on my legs and face so far, and I’m already noticing a difference. The skin on my thighs feels thicker, smoother and more firm, and my face already feels noticeably tighter. The cavitation head produces the ultrasonic sound you’d expect when it’s working through the gel, and the RF warms the skin nicely without being uncomfortable. Overall it feels much more like a professional salon-style device rather than a weak home gadget. I’m really happy with it so far and I’m looking forward to seeing the results improve even more with continued use

    site navigation is fine but transport is terrible . I would suggest you find another firm as TNT/Fedex are totally non human operated and if anything goes wrong it is no good talking to a robot

    This was a first purchase with quirumed and was highly delighted. I would recommend to anybody who requires this type of equipment. Although I had a little problem with delivery this was partly my fault it was soon sorted and item arrived.

    Do not use if you are in the UK as the customer services are very unhelpful and there is not phone numbrr only email that they reply in soanish

    Raj We sent many emails to confirm that the items arrvied damaged however as the boxes were thrown away, the transport agency rejected the transport claim and so we offered a discount. You decline the discount and so we would like to collect the damaged goods and make a refund. Please follow the instructions below in order to collect the goods. In response to the information that you sent us about the faulty product, our aftersales team has informed us that we will be collecting the faulty / damaged item from you through the courier company TNT. Please see the steps below in order to do this -    1.- Please package the item well in a box to avoid being damaged during transport, otherwise TNT will not collect the item from you if it isn´t properly packaged or in a box. Once the item is packaged, we need you to send a photo of the item packaged in the box. TNT require this photo to demonstrate that it is well packaged before them come. WITHOUT this photo we can´t book the collection. 2.- Can you confirm to us a) Collection address, b) Number of packages to be collected c) Which day and time is best for you for TNT to come. We look forward to recieving the information

    Hello DHL disposed the box as it was too big to fit through the door manicure box still available so i am not sure how to box the pedicure chair! this is not a transport damage infact your warehouse damage so do not blame the transport the discount does not match up to the quality answer to your points 1. only the manicure table is boxed - not the pedicure i have emailed you photos 2. Collection adress 1118 Melton road, systn, LE7 2HA 4 PACKAGES TO COLLECT monday to saturday is available to collect This is now the final time I will be repeating this: I have already provided all available photos of the damaged items. The packaging was disposed of immediately due to its size, and I have stated this multiple times. Continuing to request packaging photos that do not exist is unhelpful and is delaying a resolution unnecessarily. Both items arrived damaged, and under consumer rights I am entitled to a remedy. At this stage, I am requesting: 1. Full refund, and 2. Collection of the damaged items I have already opened a claim with my bank because of the ongoing delays and repeated requests for information I cannot provide. However, I am giving Quirumed one final opportunity to resolve this matter directly and promptly before that process continues. Please confirm the refund and collection arrangements without further delay. I, the Customer (Raj Kaur), received two items from Quirumed that arrived damaged. You provided photos of the damaged items but discarded the packaging, which you explained several times. Quirumed repeatedly requested photos of the packaging and confirmation of packaging damage, stating they cannot process the claim without them because their transport agency requires this. You expressed frustration, emphasising that the boxes were too large to keep, had been disposed of, and that you’ve mentioned this many times. You requested a full refund due to poor quality and lack of support, and informed them that you have already contacted your bank and raised a claim because of their repeated and unhelpful responses.

    Have purchased a pedicure chair that is not fit for purpose in the UK as drainage system is by gravity, communication with quirrmed has been disjointed, probable due to language barrier and customer service, I’m still trying to communicate and get functional issues resolved.

    Dear Maria Regarding the drainage We sent the manual to learn more about the installation etc. It is the same connection system set-up as a washing machine. Please note this model doesn´t come with a pump for the waste water to leave the basin and uses gravity once the water drainage button has been activated. The chair needs to be raised above the to where the tubes connect to the wall. We do put this clearly in the description and we have sold 100´s of these in the UK without any problem. They come with the full certification to show that they comply with UK standards.     Communication awful, I’m still waiting for part of the order and using ridiculous delivery company tnt and fed ex are complete and utter rubbish. Huge customer unknown customer costs and delivery costs. Rubbish

We understand how disappointing it is when expectations aren't met, especially regarding your order. We have had no contact from you since the order was sent and so we understand your frustrations were due to a lack of contact with TNT the transport agency. The item was sent on the 27/10 and we were only informed of a problem by TNT not being abled to contact you bu them on the 05/11 and so then liased to get the correct information to help, however we still apologise if you had poor communication from the transport PLease note in the future it is possible to avoid such problems by contact us directly the seller if you have any issues. We have an account manager with TNT who can liase directly with customs and the delivery depot to get any problems resolved avoiding delays due to communication problems with the transport agency. The address was changed over which added to the delay and so they should have delivered 1 item yesterday and the other is due for today. Please reply to our email also regarding the custom charges issue so that we can speak with our acocunt manager, Thankyou for your patience during the proces and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.     I would give 0 stars and advice no one to ever use this company! Ordered a sink it arrived smashed and we still haven’t received the refund months down the line. Had to go online order a second full unit which we have still not received. I have asked for the matter to be taking further but no one is getting back to us to resolve this situation. If “diabolical” was an option on your review then this is the option I would select. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

We need this for fraud protection. We have recieved documents from you however, they are not what we it required as the the IBAN sent doesn´t have a account holder name next to it Under the cicrumstances you case was passed to the finacial directors to authorise and we shall get back with the confirmation of the refund shortly.     Very unhappy with how I was dealt with and spoken to after ordering this, I spent 700 pound on the chair then when I was contacted I was spoken to like absolute dirt, waited in all day on the Tuesday as stated for delivery for it not to turn up even tho it was for my daughter for starting work on the wednesday so she had to cancel and loose work thru this then a got a telephone call on the tuesday night starting I needed to pay another 155 pound for delivery and the goods had not even been realised even tho no one had informed me it wasnt getting delivered so sat in house all day lost money for absolutely nothing, then when it came it was dumped in my front street no offer of any help for me or my daughter and driver could see was just us and drove away,.

The items was sent on the 28/10 and delivered on the 07/11 and inside the delivery time put on oue website however we apologise if you had poor communication from the transport agency firstly regarding paying the customs, secondly from the not iving clear informatin on the delivery date and thirdly rergarding the delivery and leaving it outside of your house. PLease note in the future it is possible to avoid such problems by contact us directly the seller if you have any issues. We have an account manager with TNT who can liase directly with customs and the delivery depot to get any problems resolved avoiding delays due to communication problems with the transport agency.
