Verified reviewI am still awaiting collection and refund of a faulty order. I am struggling to get a response and i'm out of pocket to the tune of over £1,500. I've sent the photos requested of the equipment boxed and ready for return, and done everything asked of me. Quirumed will respond as if the buyer hasn't done something, when they have and they are waiting on Quirumed - awful, avoid.

Verified reviewSent wrong colour chair, twice, not able to change it just sends refund and asks to reorder. Didn't want to try again as had to wait for refund before ordering. 1st attempt was 12 March now in June and still waiting confirmation of 2nd refund. This is not a cheap item!

Verified reviewIt was great really useful information and arrived when they said it would, Would be amazing to have an option to get the large massage beds taking into the room. Even as a paid option. As its a bit of a mission with the packaging and the set up. I would have to take it up saving the packaging check it works then get rid of the box. However, if that was not the case the whole process would be a lot longer.
