Verified reviewEasy to find what I was looking for and an amazing price with new costing the same as some second hand I’ve seen! Used Klarna to pay in 30 days so I could have the item but pay on payday. Delivery slightly slower than I expected but well packaged and helpful delivery driver who made sure we were happy before signing for it. All in all I would definitely use this company again.

Verified reviewI have paid for the bed 15.07.24..Today is 01.08.2024 I still did not receive it,because Quirumed did not provide FedEx with my email addres.FedEx didn't send me Tax Duty invoice until I called them.I paid invoiceand now waiting again. 2 weeks by FedEx??? Still have no idea when it will be delivered.

Today is 02.08.24. This is the longest everdelivery. I took a day off and waiting,FedEx sent email 1.5 hour ago they are delivering without any time frame. I am simply exhausted by a constant chasing them. I know that the bed is superb,but delivery is devastating.

Verified reviewThe website was fine. Except that a VAT number was asked for and, not being a company, I don't have one. So I phoned and very quickly got a real person who said put any number in. Which worked fine. Maybe you could explain that on the website but I expect most of your clients are companies. The trolley was delivered quickly in perfect order.

Verified reviewMy delivery was delivered before the date actually said, the delivery driver arrived at the premises and called to say he would wait for me to come. I thought this was great considering I lived 1 hour away . He came back once I got there, very happy with the product and also the delivery DHL experience as it came from Spain. I have recommended to a friend who will be ordering 4 chairs the same I have purchased, great company

Verified reviewThere is a lack of care after the item is being sent to delivery. I had to call the delivery service to then realise I have to pay extra and also to give them my details (like my email, Why haven’t they got it?) for further action for the item to be delivered to the destination, because is been days of delay and they try to contact me but the sender didn’t give any information apart from the address. There should be more information about deliveries services, extra payments, handling to proper information and also care about if the item is been delay for so long. Ps. I still don’t have it after 4 weeks.

Please note that since the UK left the European union on the 01/01/21, Quirumed will no longer charge the VAT on order. The VAT is now paid in the form of customs taxes which is approximately 20-25% of the total you pay to us. Verified reviewI’m going to 3 star this as I’m actually happy with the product but I wasn’t satisfied with the delivery process and after reading bad reviews on the product being damaged I didn’t know what to expect but we have a lovely desk with one chip in it and it’s to much hassle for us to return unfortunately! we are hoping we can get it repaired .. I wouldn’t recommended after this happening unfortunately! but the product it’s self is nice it just needs packaging better for long distance shipping!!!!

Verified reviewThe pressotherapy machine arrived however you can see that it was used in the past and also it doesn't work. It has been a month now that I am trying to return an item. Experience is beyond shocking. You can't call them they only accept emails and take 2 days to respond. I am loosing hope as still have pressotherapy which doesn't work. Do not buy anything from them

Thank you only took more than a month to get it organised. Also on the top i received and invoice from Fedex to clear the customs. However, i called them prior placing an order to clear that there will be no customs to pay. I was reassured that i need to pay customs. Shocking experience
