    Bed arrived damaged and delivery driver was rude and made me feel uncomfortable

    He called me but i missed the call as was working. He was then banging on my front door. I answered the door and he was walking up my street shouting “its a curb side delivery”. I said oh sorry i wasn’t aware shall i come and get it? And he was aggressively laughing at me saying you're hardly going to lift it are you. Meanwhile my client was still in my house. My client was a male (i do aesthetics). The delivery driver then said “he can lift this in for you” I said thats my client! And he again started laughing saying “ohhh yeah what is he having done then” My client said he was having botox and the delivery man started laughing saying man up whats wrong with you. That was my clients first time visiting me i was incredibly embarrassed. The bed was also damaged which i have videos of! I have lost out on money theres no way i could have charged my client after causing him so much embarrassment. And i felt so unprofessional through no fault of my own.

    Amazing wheelchair. My son has malan syndrome and struggles with mobility so this chair is a comfortable affordable option for him to get out and about. Highly adaptable with arm and feet plates all removable. Will be invaluable to us all moving forward. Thanks quirumed. Highly recommend and will use again

    I WOULD NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN. They sent me the wrong product. not only was it the wrong product it was also faulty. They IGNORED all my emails. I had to get in touch with my bank and start taking legal action for them to respond. they now won't collect the item or refund it. I am left with a couch I cant use and nearly £800 out of pocket. DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY

    Not only did you ignore my emails about changing the wrong colour couch - I also informed you the arm of the couch was broken. This is now the FOURTH week and it's still not resolved. You have wasted so much of my work time and caused alot of stress. You emailed about compensation, but now are going back on this. Your service is disgusting. Ive told you to collect the couch and you refuse to do this.

    Dear Kirsty Just to confirm that your order number . has been sent by the transport agency TNT. You can get the tracking information by following the steps below. 1) PLease log into your Quirumed account by clicing on  the link below. https://www.quirumed.com/uk/  -  Click on "MY ACCOUNT" 2) Once logged in, go the far left of the screen and click on "ORDERS" 3) Your orders will appear. Click on "VIEW ORDER" of the order you wish to track 4) Just below where it says "print order" there is a section "DELIVERY TIME", please click on this. 5) Just to the right of the of "shipment #........., there is a box that says "TRACKING DETAILS"  Click here and it will take you to the link of TNT with the tracking details.     Product damaged. But not seen since until unwrapped and therefore after the period permitted to raise a complaint.

    Terrible service Was informed reception desk would be fully assembled. It wasn’t and arrived flat packed on a pallet! Driver dropped it off at back door and would not bring it in. He also left the pallet. When I rang up to complain they never answered my phone call. I tried for days with no answer. So I emailed and the reply I got was disgraceful! Terrible customer service! Would not recommend! Would not use again!

DELIVERY TIMES (quirumed.com) Important: Deliveries times don’t include weekends or holidays. Only weekdays 09.00-18.00 Delivery is to street level to the front door and not inside the property or to the first floor. If any of the products are not in stock, the estimated delivery date on when it arrives to us will be put in red next to the price: Available: 11/12/2024. For special order items a speical label will be put Available to ship in: 7-11 days depending on the amount of days taken for us to recieve it from the manufacturers before sending it out to you.     Again you’re only addressing one of the problems. I was informed it would be fully assembled and it wasn’t! You never answer the phone and when I emailed all I got back was sorry for any inconvenience. Your service was appalling! Will never use you again and would not recommend you to anyone!!!

    A faster delivery than anticipated, bed is amazing and everyone loves it! Only thing that could be improved for delivery, in the uk they will send a uk play but separate to the bed, it would be best adding this to the cable before the bed is sent as it prevents two uk deliveries and panic as I had to source a plug so I could open my clinic.

    paid for 24-48 hour delivery but it took 4 days, they then left my chair in the middle of my drive in the rain all day...Trying to call or get hold of them is another nightmare, probably spent at least 5 hours in all trying to sort it out, I then had to deal with the transport compay myself...

    yeah might be but they asked in the comments where to leave the delivery and it had the garage as an option, it also shouldnt be up to the customer to have to ring up and rearrange everything and stay on hold for hours at a time etc, just bad business really it seems like once payment has been received, all serivice goes out the window, we are still waiting on replies from your company re delivery refunds as you look 4 days not 48 hours max

    I ordered 2 couches and only had one delivered, I contacted Quirumed and they said they would find out what has occurred and contact me. To date I have had no response and still one bed awaiting to be delivered after waiting nearly A MONTH!!! Very poor service.

    Horrendous service. I still don’t have the bed I paid for, the wrong one was delivered and I’ve emailed countless times for an update and I’ve had no answers. There is no one to speak to on the helpline ever. Avoid.
